The hotel offers lovely rooms with a luxurious bathroom and a view of the courtyard, although it was a bit warm with non-openable windows. The service was exceptional, with attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb every morning. The facilities were excellent, providing ample amenities.

Although I wished for a bit more space considering the cost, they were still cozy compared to other London hotels. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to secure last-minute theater tickets and dinner reservations. The hotel's location was ideal, just a leisurely stroll from Covent Garden, making it very convenient. However, the dining options were not impressive, lacking variety and quality for a hotel of this standard.
